These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.yksventures.com (the “Site”), our perfume manufacturing, private label, white label, and creator brand services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Company Overview

YKS Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is an India-based perfume manufacturing and brand development company providing:

• Private Label Perfume Manufacturing

• White Label Perfume Solutions

• Creator Brand Launch Support (Zero-Investment Model)

• Contract & Third-Party Perfume Production

• Custom Perfume Development for Individuals & Startups

All services are governed by Indian business laws and subject to the terms stated herein.

General Use of the Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or engage in any business transaction.

• All information provided on our site is for informational and business purposes only.

• Unauthorized use of this website, including misuse, scraping, or copying content, may lead to legal action.

Product & Service Information

• All perfumes, raw materials, packaging items, and related products displayed or discussed are custom-manufactured as per client requirements.

• Product visuals are for reference only. Actual results may vary depending on client selections.

• Prices, MOQ, and timelines are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material or supplier fluctuations.

• YKS Ventures reserves the right to accept or reject any order or project.

Payments & Order Processing

• All production orders require 100% advance payment before manufacturing begins.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, must be cleared before dispatch.

• Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital gateways only.

• Any quotation issued by YKS Ventures is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

• Once payment is made, it signifies order confirmation and acceptance of our Terms.

Design Approval & Customization

• All design materials (logos, labels, boxes, and packaging) must be approved in writing by the client before production.

• Any post-approval change may result in additional costs and revised timelines.

• YKS Ventures is not responsible for spelling, color, or layout errors in client-approved artwork.

Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch timelines vary based on project type and quantity (typically 10–15 working days post-approval and payment).

• YKS Ventures ensures safe packaging and hands over products to reliable courier partners.

• Once dispatched, clients will receive courier tracking details.

• Any delay due to logistics partners or unforeseen events is beyond our control.

• International clients are responsible for any applicable customs, import duties, or local taxes.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

• As all products are custom-made, refunds or order cancellations are not applicable once payment is received.

• Only in case of verified manufacturing defects, YKS Ventures may offer replacement or corrective production at its discretion.

• Refunds (if any) are processed only after internal investigation and management approval.

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

• All formulas, production methods, supplier information, and costing details are the exclusive intellectual property of YKS Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

• Clients are prohibited from disclosing or replicating these materials for external use.

• Logos, brand names, and creative assets provided by clients remain their property and will only be used for manufacturing and catalog purposes.

• All website content, images, and trademarks are owned by YKS Ventures and protected under Indian Copyright Law.

Creator Brand Policy (Zero-Investment Model)

• Eligible creators (minimum 250k+ followers) can collaborate under the Zero-Investment Model, as per separate Creator Agreement.

• Under this model:

  • Brand ownership remains 100% with the creator.

  • Marketing and promotion are the creator’s responsibility.

  • Refunds/RTOs are shared 50/50 between YKS Ventures and the creator.

  • Daily and monthly settlements are processed as per mutually agreed timelines.

• Misuse, inactivity, or breach of confidentiality can lead to termination of partnership without prior notice.

Liability Limitation

• YKS Ventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from product use, delivery delays, or business outcomes.

• Client is solely responsible for ensuring product suitability, claims, and final sale to end customers.

Compliance & Legal

• All products are manufactured in compliance with COS8 License and IFRA safety standards.

• Clients are responsible for any region-specific labeling or registration required for resale.

Privacy Policy

Your personal and business information is kept strictly confidential and used only for communication, billing, and project coordination. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

• Both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before legal action.

Updates to Terms

YKS Ventures reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of such updates.
