Project Revival: Recreating the Lost Fragrances of History

At YKS Ventures Pvt. Ltd., innovation often begins by looking back in time.
Our newest project, “Project Revival,” is a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to recreating and modernizing ancient and vintage perfumes — some dating back to the 1880s and early 20th century.
This project blends historical perfumery craftsmanship with modern COS8-certified technology, allowing our perfumers and chemists to analyze, decode, and rebuild vintage perfume compositions that once defined the golden age of fragrance.
Through GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry) and advanced olfactory reconstruction, we study trace compounds found in archived bottles and documentation to recreate iconic notes from discontinued masterpieces.
Each scent is then rebalanced for modern wearability, ensuring it retains its original character while meeting today’s safety and sustainability standards.
Our goal is to bridge the past and the present — reviving forgotten artistry while preserving cultural heritage in fragrance form.
Every recreated perfume tells a story of time, craftsmanship, and legacy — an emotion bottled for the modern world.
